飛行汽車的研究早在四十年代就已經開始

飛天一直是人們從古至今的理想,古時候修真有嫦娥奔月歷史典故,而西方國家則有伊卡洛斯用羽翼逃出克里特島的小故事。小車問世于1887年,飛機場問世于1906年,授予人們跑得迅速,飛得更高的工作能力。但終究人們自始至終是有要求,通常高新科技的自主創新就是說將兩件早已完善的技術性物質開展重新排列問世新的物品,飛行汽車一直是大家所屬要求。

Taylor“泰勒”所發布的這個車被立即取名以便Aerocar,即“航空車”。以今日的目光看,其小車的那一部分很好像個老年代步車,老話這東西初看都不好像哪些很合乎航空公司氣動式外觀設計的物質。若拿它和一般飛機場比協調能力也一定是較為差的,或許只有保證近距的點到點直航,可是想象一般飛機場那般做技能翻跟頭可能是不行。

但最少同是四十年代末的發布的Taylor Aerocar能在天上飛更長的時間,而且能夠在三千米高寬比航空,盡管飛出速度乃至不上兩百公里,可能再慢點就該立即失速往下掉了,這速率尚不如一些撒化肥的雙翼飛機。但也是一些很便捷的自主創新的地方,例如像可可折疊的翅膀,能夠拖在車后一切正常行車,拆裝也很便捷。

莫爾頓·泰勒決策再次將飛行汽車產品研發下來,這類勤奮不斷來到六十年代,主打產品商品又發展趨勢了幾代,包含到最終外觀設計較為圓滑的型號規格,但到最終只有變成歷史博物館的展覽品了。
